Greater coat of arms of Shugarhai Union

The official greater coat of arms of the Union of Monarchist Shugarhai States (UMSS), an Martist-Shugarist and politico-economic union located primarily in Europe. This CoA is used for my alternate history timeline series Imperial Machines. The CoA's background features an double-headed eagle taken from Austrian Empire coat of arms, but the Imperial crown is removed due to UMSS having nobody else national crown. On CoA's center, you can see a printed Martian, as becomes symbols for UMSS and Shugarism, holding a golden circle. On parts of circle, you can see 11 Empires coat of arms and 3 coat of arms outside the golden circle. Each Imperial coat of arms has its national shield, imperial crown and Shugarhai character (except for Denmark, Netherlands and Germany). There are, sorted by nation name and national character:
